Most days from the 7th January to the 16th December we have a regular themed walk.
(Weekends only in January and December and daily 1st February to 30th November).

Walks start at the Museum Gardens gates on Museum Street, just North of Lendal Bridge and last between 1.5 and 2 hours.

Yorkwalk is right next to the Park & Ride stop from Rawcliffe Bar; 5 minutes from bus stops in Exhibition Square and Rougier St; 10 minutes walk from York Railway station or from the long-stay car park in Marygate.

All walks guaranteed departures (Minimum group size 2), come rain or shine! (While every effort is made to operate the walks as advertised, it may be necessary occasionally to alter their content due to adverse weather or closure of historic buildings).

Bookings are not necessary for individuals or small groups wishing to join any of our public walks - just turn up on the day. Larger groups (10+) wishing to join regular public walks should pre-book if possible and this will give you a discounted price.
